4Cambridge are a growing, dynamic IT support company looking to recruit two new IT engineers, providing first class support to our growing client base from our new offices in Milton.
IT Helpdesk Administrator
The first role is a IT Helpdesk administrator. No specific technical IT knowledge is required, but an enthusiastic interest in IT is a must. The role would ideally suit someone with an interest in IT looking for their first IT job, or someone currently doing first line support looking for opportunities to develop their IT skills. We believe in investing in our team, and are keen to encourage staff to develop and train to improve your technical skills. You will be the first point of contact for helpdesk enquiries, so excellent communication skills and a customer oriented attitude are essential. Our clients like dealing with real people, and expect a high level of service.
Network Support Engineer
The second role is a network support engineer. Ideally with a couple of years experience in an IT support role, you will be providing first and second line technical IT support to our clients though a mix of remote support & site visits. Key skills will include Microsoft Server knowledge, Office 365, virtualization, IT security, and backup and antivirus experience. You will be working directly with clients, so being able to communicate well and provide excellent customer service are essential. We will invest in training to ensure you develop your skills and stay at the top of your game.
