Our first two apprentices have now graduated and progressed to full-time team members. 👏 🏅
Two years ago 4Cambridge began our apprenticeship scheme, encouraging new engineers into the IT profession. Vlad and Kieran were the first two to join, and after 18 months of hard work they have now graduated. They were presented with their ICT Level 3 certificates in front of the team recently, so we could all join in celebrating their achievements.
Investing in young talent is something 4Cambridge believe in and will continue in doing. Our next apprentice is already part-way through their course, and we hope to bring in more in the future.
