4Cambridge have partnered with inforcer to ensure all our clients have a secure baseline across their Microsoft infrastructure.
Microsoft 365 is core of what we support and manage for most of our clients. It is also one of the most complex systems to manage, with myriad policies and settings. Using Inforcer allows us to manage and monitor our customers security and deployment configuration to ensure it meets our baselines. Then if we need up update those baselines we can deploy to all our clients simply and rapidly. It also monitors and alerts on any policy changes, so we can quickly see when something has been altered (and revert back if required).
This investment is another key part of our strategy to continually improving our core support offerings. We are currently rolling this out to all our managed support clients, at no extra cost, as part of our commitment to keeping our clients operating efficiently and securely.
