- How do you keep our systems patched and up to date?
- How do you track what's been updated and when?
- Can you show us examples of your patching reports?
- What happens when someone joins or leaves our company?
- How quickly do you remove access for leavers?
- Do you review who has access to what, and how often?
- What exactly is backed up, and how often?
- Do you test that backups actually work?
- How long would it take to recover if something went wrong?
- Do you follow any security frameworks or standards?
