Microsoft 365 have announced some price increases for small businesses from 1st July 2026
M365 Business Basic: Pricing due to rise 16%
M365 Business Standard: Pricing due to rise 12%
M365 Business Premium: no change 🎉
New features in all the Business bundles - including more email storage, Copilot Chat enhancements, and security enhancements.
Clients who have an annual commitment will have their current pricing locked in until their next renewal point after 1 July.
☑️ Review your license usage - make sure you don't still have any leavers, staff with duplicate licenses, or users on the wrong plan.
☑️ The price gap between Business Premium and the lower plans is now smaller and there are a lot of great benefits in terms of security and functionality. If you are using a lower plan then consider upgrading to Business Premium.
☑️ Check when your license renewal date is, so you can budget accordingly.
